Ok havent done this in a while. But here goes, today i start the relaunch of the workout. Been slowly eating right not always the right food, but have noticed stuff that used to fill me up i can only eat half of now. The scar is still a little painfull but my will to change has overpowered it. Fixing to leave to gym, will post before pics later today. please help, by being there to make comments. All will be helpful

Give it a go - but realize you have to go more slowly than you might like. Doing less than you might prefer, but doing it as often as possible, might be your best bet. We're all behind you.
