well got realese to go back to work, and started working out again but this damn weathers affecting my asthma so its been hard going to gym. work has been great, nice to get back in the groove of things. i was bored out of my mined.

Nice to read a mostly positive blog. I'm sorry the asthma is bad right now, but it will get better when the weather gets better. Glad work is going well.
