depressed

well dont know what to do, been working working out pretty much every other day. dont eat near as much. my issues is before my surgery i was losing weight fast. now im up and down all week. i work out till my asthma says stop. so im extremly frustraited cause i dont know what to do. if i change what i eat totaly, its to expensive. just dont know what to do. makes me wanna just say fuck it. but i cant i have to get smaller. im most likely never going to be a dad so i got to do it for myself. i want to spend a long life with meagan.

back again

well got realese to go back to work, and started working out again but this damn weathers affecting my asthma so its been hard going to gym. work has been great, nice to get back in the groove of things. i was bored out of my mined.

well im righting this to not try and get people feeling bad for me just needed to get it off my chest.
1. Live a long and happy life with the Greatest woman Meagan dekle
2. have a couple of kids. cause the greatest picture ive seen is meagan holding a baby, just want to see our baby
3. i want to go to Ireland and take my family, including Jason miller, Chris Tomkins cause i think it would be a blast with the both of them.
4. to be closer to my family, and inlaws. this 8 hours away shit sucks but with my health issues dont see it changing
Well thats all that i can think of, dont see them happening except for one. cause got to have money and dont think god or who every wants me to have any money.

well im in a mood. everything was going to change this year. all positive. well hell it didnt. the big thing is with meagan and mines sch. we need 2 cars. well on the day i was supposed to hopefully get released by the doc. to go back to work, as i was crusing down the highway, bamn timing belt broke on my car. thats 1000 bucks to fix. and aslso another week on medical leave. well we where already stretched to the max on my short term stuff and meagans check. dont know when and if we can fix the car. which has thrown everything for a curve, now im so frustrated at the gym i cant work out. i sit here at home nothing to cant go anywhere. i know its not my fault but everything was ok till my surgery.....
